In the latest case, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) planted this story concerning SV Prasad’s elevation to the post of Chief Secretary.This report which appeared in the media, caught Chief Minister K Rosaiah in an embarrassing situation on Wednesday. The Chief Minister expressed surprise and shock over the news of SV Prasad’s elevation as the Chief Secretary.Addressing a meeting of senior officials at the Secretariat on Wednesday afternoon, the CM is understood to have shot back saying, ``who has passed on such ``false’’ information to the media?
