CID slaps another case on CBN. Even as Chandra Babu Naidu is fighting for bail and quashing of corruption cases slapped against him by the AP CID in the Skills Development Scam, AP CID slapped another case on CBN and gave another shock to him and his party leaders.

Chandrababu Naidu's pursuit of relief in the AP Skill Development case has been met with obstacles. Notably, the former Solicitor General of India, Harish Salve, was enlisted to advocate on behalf of the former Chief Minister. However, suspense continues to shroud the case as the court has opted to reserve its verdict. It appears that Chandrababu Naidu may not find the relief he seeks in this matter.

Adding to the legal complexities, the Andhra Pradesh CID has taken a significant step by approaching the ACB court with a PT warrant. This development is in connection with the alleged AP Fibernet Scam, with Chandrababu Naidu being cited as the principal accused in the case. This move has certainly cast a shadow over the political party and its leader.

The situation mirrors the ongoing controversies surrounding the AP Skill Development case, where the CID has raised concerns about irregularities and Chandrababu Naidu's involvement. With the court accepting the petition, the focus now shifts to the evidence the investigative agency can present and the potential developments in the case.

In a parallel legal turn of events, the AP Skill Development case doesn't appear to be pointing towards respite for the party chief. Just as apprehensions loomed among party leaders and supporters about his bail in this case, a PT Warrant has been issued and approved by the ACB court. Worth noting is that this marks the second PT Warrant against the former Chief Minister, the previous one being related to the Amaravati Inner Road irregularities.

In light of these successive developments, it's becoming increasingly evident that Chandrababu Naidu's legal troubles may not be abating anytime soon.
