HIT Director Sailesh Kolanu is now one of the most sought after directors for delivering consecutive Superhits with HIT 1 and 2. He has already announced that he will make HIT 3 more massy with Natural Star Nani in the lead as Arjun Sarkaar. Reports also suggest the along with Nani, Vishwak Sen and Adivi Sesh also joins HIT The Third Case. HIT 2 is already in profit zone eraning good money to the distributors and exhibitors. The film has successfully entered in its second week. As most of the films failed to draw the attentions of audiences, HIT 2 has advantage of weekend at the boxoffice.

Director Sailesh Kolanu is a big Kamal Haasan fan. Sailesh in his Twitter threw a challenge to the audience by asking them to find the visual references of Kamal Haasan he added as a tribute to the legend in the film. He said, " People who follow my work know that I put in visual references of

With this post he is flooded with replies about Kamal references in the film. There is a name board of a shop reads as 'Abhay Steels' in a chase from the film. Abhay refers to the title of Kamal Haasan's cult film. Another one is a Nayagan poster unsed in a pub in the film. Another one points that the climax fight with surgical instruments resembles the fight in Kamal Haasan's Vettayadu Vilayadu film directed by Goutham Menon.
