Aishwarya Lekshmi shares her ordeal

Aishwarya Lekshmi is known for her versatile performances. He recently made her presence felt in Maniratnam's Ponniyin Selvan I(PS I) which has a star-studded cast and now endearing herself to all with her performance in the romantic kusthi, Matti Kusthi.

Now, speaking to scribes, Aishwarya Lekshmi shared her ordeal. She said “We went to Guruvayur, a famous temple in Kerala. My experience as a girl there was very embarrassing. As a child, I was molested by a bully youth who touched my private parts. I was wearing yellow clothes that day. I still remember that incident very well. Since then I am afraid to wear yellow clothes. But I am not afraid now”

Aishwarya Lekshmi's shocking revelation once again highlighted the need to educate everyone on how to empathize with women and treat them as humans rather than some pleasure toys.
