The T-20 World Up is nearing the last phase and with the completion of the Super 12 matches, the semi-finals lineup is decided. According to it, India topped Group 2 and so will clash with the Group 1 runner-up on November 10 in Adelaide, Australia. In the first semifinal, Group 1 toppers New Zealand will clash against Pakistan in Sydney, Australia on November 9.

Indian team today won its last league match against Zimbabwe in a convincing and comprehensive manner. Electing to bat first after winning the toss, India scored 186/5 in the 20 overs. India lost skipper Rohit Sharma cheaply once again and it was left to Rahul and Virat Kohli to retrieve the ship. However, Rahul fell after scoring an attacking 51(35) and Kohli this time failed to take off to another level after a sedate start getting out for 26(25). With Rishabh Pant getting his first game, falling cheaply, India was in a spot of bother with the score reading 101/5. But Surya Kumar Yadav got into the act and with Hardik Pandya supporting him, scored a blistering unbeaten 61(25) balls.

Earlier in the day, Pakistan got a fresh lease of life when South Africa choked against Netherlands and Netherlands created an upset of the tournament.
