What is going on: Maharshi shades in Varisu

When Ilayathalapathi Vijay teamed with Vamsi Paidipally everyone got excited. Telugu movie lovers got super happy as it marks the entry of Vijay into Tollywood as many felt that it would be bilingual. But much to their disappointment, Vamsi Paidipally made it clear that the film is a Kollywood film and will be dubbed in Telugu. Telugu movie lovers got angry with Telugu stars as rumors spread that many top stars rejected Vamsi Paidipally who was left with no choice and pitched in his story to Vijay who readily agreed.

This came after Vamsi Paidipally won the national award for his film Maharshi with Mahesh Babu. Now few of the Varisu pictures going viral on social media is inviting trolls from movie lovers. Telugu movie lovers feel that Varisu is releasing in Telugu as Varasaudu is having Maharshi shades.

They are sharing both screenshots of Mahesh Babu's Maharshi and Vijay's Varisu and trolling the makers for these shades. Everything will become clear when Varisu releases during Sankranti 2023.
