Vikram turns wild as Thangaalan

Chiyaan Vikram is known for his versatile and powerful roles. He recently came up with a stellar performance in Maniratnam's Ponniyin Selvan. It is known that Vikram is starring in his next under the direction of PA. Ranjith. On Diwali eve, the makers revealed the film's title and also a small glimpse.

The project is titled Thangaalan and the small glimpse showed Vikram in a ferocious avatar. Vikram's look wowed all as he once again showed his versatility. Vikram is seen sporting a unique get-up with a top bun, muscular physique, and a dhoti.

The film has a  Kolar Gold Fields of the pre-Independence era and highlights the plight of the Tamil workers. The film stars  Parvathy Thiruvothu and Malavika Mohanan as the female leads. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the songs and original score. Chiyaan 61 is produced by the popular banner Studio Green.
