'Vishwaroopam' Cross 'Robot'

The buzz of controversy surrounding 'Vishwaroopam' has done the trade trick in North India. Generally, South Indian films with our typical flavor aren't welcomed at Bollywood BO. But, Kamal Hasan's Hindi version of 'Vishwaroopam' titled as 'Vishwaroop' released in quite many number of screens across total North India has grosses Rs. 7.70 Crores by the first weekend. This is Rs. 20 Lakhs more than earlier dubbed South Indian Super Star Rajinikanth's 'Robot' which grossed Rs.7.5 Crores by first weekend.

As 'Vishwaroopam' Telugu version is also doing happy and steady business with Tamil version readying for a gigantic release this Thursday, definitely Kamal would have got his hopes re-lightened on recovering his budget or see some minimal profits even. All the best to Kamal and his meaningful movie.
