Nani Requests Permission to Watch The Paradise at RTC X Roads
Nani has made a special request to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and police officials, seeking permission to watch The Paradise premiere with audiences at a theatre in Hyderabad’s RTC X Roads on September 23. The film is scheduled for worldwide release on September 24.
Describing himself as a lifelong cinema fan, Nani said watching films alongside passionate audiences has always been special to him, particularly at RTC X Roads. He wants to experience The Paradise with the very viewers for whom it was made and witness their reactions directly. He also assured authorities that safety protocols would be followed. In the wake of Pushpa The Rule accident, Nani's request for permission grabs attention.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, The Paradise is a period action drama featuring Nani in a rugged new avatar. Odela has revealed that incidents from his Telangana upbringing influenced the story, while Nani has described the project as the most physically and mentally tiring film of his 18 year career.
Nani has also dismissed online reports about an underwater sequence and a massive fight involving 1,000 people. He clarified that the film instead contains multiple action blocks designed around genuine emotion. The Paradise has received an A certificate and runs for 2 hours 54 minutes, with Anirudh Ravichander composing its music.
