Sri Gowri Priya Dedicates Chennai Love Story Song To Her Mother

Young Telugu actress Sri Gowri Priya is making a mark in films with different roles. She first got noticed with the Mail web series and then became popular as Bhama in the Tamil film True Lover. The actress, who is a Telugu girl, later appeared in Happy Raj and is now acting with Kiran Abbavaram in Chennai Love Story.
Speaking about her journey, she said she loved cultural shows since childhood and took part in Bol Baby Bol. She also worked as an anchor before doing small roles in films. Her big break came after she won the Miss Hyderabad title in 2018, which opened doors for her in the film industry.
Sri Gowri Priya shared that working with Kiran Abbavaram was smooth as both are from Telugu. She respects his hard work and said content is now the key for any film. The actress also spoke about her mother, who passed away three years ago. She said her mother was not just a parent but also her best friend. Whenever she hears the song Vadalane from Chennai Love Story, she remembers her mother.
She dedicated the lines of that song to her, and the whole team stood by her during that emotional moment. She added that she first got recognition through Tamil films and won her first Filmfare Award for Best Debut Actress for Lover. She learned Tamil during True Lover and now feels language is not a barrier if the story is good. She also spoke about social media trolling and said such comments make actors uncomfortable when people insult them in a bad way.
