Peddi Creates Huge Buzz With 165 Cr Trade Deal

Ram Charan’s big film Peddi has set a new record in Telugu trade before release. The movie is directed by Buchi Babu Sana and has strong hype across India. The Andhra Pradesh and Telangana theatrical rights are sold for ₹165 crore. This is one of the highest pre release deals for a Telugu film in recent years.
The makers shared the full list of distributors, which shows top players have strong trust in the film’s box office power. Mythri Film Distributors LLP got Nizam and East Godavari. Poorvi Pictures took Vizag. Adithya Films will release in West Godavari and Usha Pictures in Krishna. V Celluloid got Guntur while Abhi Cinemas got Nellore. Ceeded, Chittoor, and Kurnool went to Shilpakala Entertainments. Mallies Mega Cinema got Kadapa and Aji Celluloids got Anantapur.
With big names in every area, trade experts say the film has solid ground support. The music and teasers also helped push demand in all territories. Peddi will release worldwide on June 4, 2026. Paid premieres are planned for the evening of June 3. Trade reports say the film may get a record opening in Telugu states due to Ram Charan’s fan base and Buchi Babu’s story.
The ₹165 crore deal means the film needs a strong start to reach break even. Early buzz points to big advance sales and wide screen count. If the word of mouth is good, Peddi has potential to become one of the top grossers in Telugu cinema.
