Reports are coming that exciting developments are happening in Akhanda Thaandavam. Boyapati Srinu is planning to shoot important scenes on Balakrishna second role (Aghora) from the third week of Jan 2025. The scenes according to sources will be high voltage action blocks..

Pragya Jaiswal is the female lead in the film for which music is tuned by Thaman.Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are producing the film under the 14 Reels Plus banner. Balakrishna's daughter Tejaswini is presenting the film.The film is slated for a grand release on 25 September 2025 as Dasara special.

Rumours are coming that the makers are planning to rope in Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt in a crucial role. In the meantime, Balakrishna's upcoming film Daaku Maharaj will be releasing on 12 Jan 2025 as Sankranti special.
