Allu Arjun moves to HC over stampede incident

Allu Arjun's Pushpa The Rule is breaking records with each passing second and the fans and movie lovers are super happy. However the happiness of the cast and crew and the makers got dampened as the premier screened at Sandhya Theatre,Hyderabad one day before the film release, resulted in a stampede with Allu Arjun gracing the event with the intention to watch the film with fans, leading to the unfortunate death of a housewife named Renuka.

Following this, police filed cases against Pushpa makers, Allu Arjun, Theatre management and also arrested few of them. With police filing cases against him, Allu Arjun approached the High Court seeking the quashing of cases filed against him. It is known that the police registered cases  under sections BNS 105 and 118 of the law at the Chikkadappally station.

The theatre management also approached the High Court seeking similar judgement accusing the cops of failing to provide security despite seeking police bandobast from the ACP, Station House Officer and the Traffic Police.

Following the tragic demise, Allu Arjun and Mythri Movie Makers promised to take care of the bereaved family members and also promised financial assistance.
