AP govt permits hike in ticket rates for Kalki 2898 AD

After months of anticipation, Kalki 2898 AD is poised to captivate audiences as the first major film to grace theaters. In an added advantage for Kalki 2898 AD, the government of Andhra Pradesh has granted permission for a ticket price hike. Single screens will see a ₹75 increase per ticket, while multiplexes will have a ₹125 increment. This hike will be effective for a duration of two weeks from the release date, covering all five daily shows.

The government's decision to approve this ticket price hike comes in response to a request made by the film's producer, Aswini Dutt. Considering the film's classification as a 'Super High Budget Film', the government saw fit to enhance ticket prices accordingly.
