Akshay Kumar Sarfira Trailer Review

We are aware about the remake of Suriya starrer National Award Winning film, 'Soorarai Pottru' is being remade in Hindi with Akshay Kumar in lead role, titled 'Sarfira'. Along with Akshay Kumar Radhika Madan played female lead in the film. The makers released the film’s trailer today. The film is said to be the biopic of G. R. Gopinath, the founder of the Indian low-cost airline Simplifly Deccan.

The film takes us through the life of a common man as he navigates the business world. The trailer starts with showcasing Akshay Kumar playing the role of Vir Mahtre who is a common man with absolutely no money dreams about starting alow cost airline so that everyone could take a flight. The trailer showcases his struggles and hardships he faced to reach his goal. Paresh Rawal is seen as antagonist with Suriya seen in a cameo role. Akshay Kumar and Radhika Madan's Sarfira will be released on July 12 this year.

The original 2020 Tamil drama film was directed by Sudha Kongara and produced by Suriya and Guneet Monga, under their respective banners 2D Entertainment and Sikhya Entertainment. The story was conceptualised and written by Kongara. The film starred Suriya, Aparna Balamurali, and Paresh Rawal, with Mohan Babu, Urvashi, and Karunas amongst others in supporting roles.

Akshay Kumar will next be seen in Welcome To The Jungle. With Sanjay Dutt out of the picture, the cast now includes Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade.
