Marking the 27th anniversary of the original, Deol declared his return as a soldier, promising "India's biggest war film" with "Border 2."

"Ek fauji apne 27 saal purane waade ko pura karne, aa raha hai phirse. India’s biggest war film, #Border2," Deol wrote on Instagram, igniting a wave of excitement among his fans. The film will be produced by a powerhouse team including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, with Anurag Singh at the helm as director.
