Vijay To Honour Toppers Of 10th, 12th Tamil Nadu Toppers

For those who has been planning to enter politics from films, and even for those young politicians from influential background enter politics floating a new party, Pawan Kalyan has become an inspiration and example how to become victorious. Another star hero turned politician is Vijay in Tamil Nadu. 

Vijay, known for his philanthropic activities, has announced that he will honour 10th and 12th toppers in Tamil Nadu. The events will occur in Chennai's Thiruvanmiyur on June 28 and July 3. He did the program last year also. 

On June 10, Vijay's political party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) announced that the first event will take place at Thiruvanmiyur on June 28 where students who scored best marks in some districts will be honoured. The second event covering the rest of the districts is to be held on July 3. Thalapathy Vijay would felicitate students in front of their parents with a prize certificate.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Vijay was last seen in 'Leo', co-starring Trisha. It is currently streaming on Netflix. He will be next seen in 'The Greatest of All Time' (GOAT). Reportedly, Thalapathy Vijay will play two roles - as a hero and a villain. The ensemble cast, including Prashanth, Prabhudheva, Sneha, Ajmal Ameer, Vaibhav, Laila, Mohan, Aravind Akash and Ajay Raj, will take the sides of the hero and villain.
