Directed by Shouryuv and featuring the talented Mrunal Thakur as the female lead, "Hi Nanna" initially started off with a modest pace. However, its endearing storyline coupled with Nani's enduring popularity swiftly turned the tide in its favor.

Now, "Hi Nanna" has achieved international acclaim by clinching the prestigious title of Best Feature Film at the Athens International Art Film Festival, during its March 2024 edition. Renamed "Hi Dad" for its international audience, the film's success underscores the universal appeal of quality cinema. Amidst the fervor surrounding blockbuster hits like "Animal," this heartwarming family drama managed to captivate audiences both locally and abroad.
