Jithender Reddy First Glimpse Released

Director Virinchi Varma who is known for light-hearted films like 'Uyyala Jampala' which happens to be launching film for Raj Tarun and Avika Gor in Akkineni Nagarjuna 's Production followed by Nani starrer 'Majnu' has made a name for himself in dealing romcoms with beautiful emotions. After his second film, 'Majnu' he is off the radar for quite sometime. Suddenly he reappeared with a powerful film, a biopic of a leader titled as 'Jithender Reddy'.

The initial posters raised curiosity without revealing the principal character actor and with powerful postures. Finally, Rakesh Varre, who became well known as an actor with films like Mirchi, Baahubali, Evvarikee Cheppoddu, and Peka Medalu, is revealed as hero of the film. The film is being developed as a political drama based on the real events of 1980s. Makers released the first glimpse of the film.

The glimpse is cut in an impactful manner. It gives a feeling that 'Jitendher Reddy' promises to tell the story of a common man who rises to become a major political figure with the support of people around him. The glimpse video also carries the film’s tagline, “History needs to be told.” The film is reportedly based on a true story. The shots and elevation scenes hints a high voltage emotional actioner.

Rhea Suman, Chhatrapati Shekhar, Subbaraju and Ravi Prakash in other lead roles Produced by Muduganti Ravinder Reddy along with penning story and dialogues of the film on Muduganti Creations. Gopi Sundar is the music director for the film. VS Gnana Sekhar is the cinematographer for the political drama, and Rama Krishna Arram is the editor. 'Jithender Reddy' is slated to release on 3rd May.
