A video capturing her visit to one of the city's oldest temples surfaced online, showcasing her receiving blessings and performing aarti. In the video, Mrunal is elegantly attired in a maroon kurta-pyjama set, accompanied by her team during the temple visit.

The talented actor is gearing up for the release of Parasuram Petla’s "Family Star," in which she stars alongside Vijay Deverakonda. The film is set to hit theaters on April 5, with promotional activities scheduled to kick off on Holi (March 25). Dil Raju, the film's producer, recently shed light on the film's title, clarifying that it is not solely about portraying Vijay as a star but rather a tribute to individuals striving to provide a better life for their families.

"Family Star" marks Mrunal's third film, following her successful ventures in "Sita Ramam" with Dulquer Salmaan and "Hi Nanna" with Nani. Her roles as Princess Noor Jahan and Yashna in these romantic films garnered acclaim, contributing to the high expectations for her upcoming film. Additionally, the movie will feature cameo appearances by Divyansha Kaushik and Rashmika Mandanna. Besides this, Mrunal is set to appear in the Hindi film "Pooja Meri Jaan."
