Initially slated for release on 1st March, the film has been rescheduled to hit the screens on 15th March 2024. The delay is attributed to the VFX work, with the team announcing the new release date on social media, stating, "Due to a delay in VFX, Team #Razakar has decided to push the release date to MARCH 15th!!!"

"Razakar" aims to shed light on the lesser-known events that unfolded between August 15th, 1947, and September 17th, 1948, focusing on the struggle for Hyderabad's liberation. The film provides a glimpse into the hardships faced by the people during the Razakar rule, highlighting their sacrifices and resilience during this period.
