Dhanush About Lal Salaam Trailer Directed By Aishwarya Rajinikanth

Dhanush, the popular actor, director, and producer has expressed his admiration for the trailer of ‘Lal Salaam’, the upcoming political thriller directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, starring his former father-in-law Rajinikanth. The film stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth as two young cricketers from different faiths who find themselves in the midst of a communal clash sparked by a cricket match.

After the trailer debut on Monday, Dhanush took to X to share the comments trailer and wrote: “Lal salaam trailer. Best wishes to the team. God bless. #superstar #thalaivar”.Dhanush’s tweet has garnered a lot of attention from the fans of both the actors, who appreciated his gesture of support and respect. Many commented that Dhanush is a true gentleman and a professional, who does not let his personal issues affect his admiration for Rajinikanth’s work. 

Dhanush and Aishwarya, who got married in 2004, announced their separation in 2022, after 18 years of being together. They have two sons, Yatra and Linga. The reason for their split is not known. Dhanush is currently busy with his upcoming projects, which include D50, Sekar Kammula's directorial, Teri Ishq Mein.

Rajinikanth, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of ‘Lal Salaam’,  on 9th February 2024. The film boasts of a stellar cast, including Senthil, Jeevitha, Thambi Ramaiah, Vivek Prasanna, and Thangadurai, who play supporting roles. The film is produced by Lyca Productions. The film has music by Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman, who has collaborated with Rajinikanth for several films.
