Hrithik Roshan Fighter First Day Boxoffice Collections

Bollywood biggie, Fighter headlined by Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone released on 25th January. Though the film is backed by big names, it failed to create pre-release hype. This resulted in minimal advance bookings for the for the film. But, the glowing reviews raised expectations about the film's boxoffice prospects on its first day.

Fighter has earned a total of Rs 24.6 crore in India on the first day of its release. After a normal start in morning and noon shows, Fighter picked up pace from evening shows and witnessed growth towards night shows. On its second day, which is a public holiday, the film is expected to garner around Rs 26.64 crore in India in all languages.

As the word of mouth and reviews are good, Fighter is expected to poise good numbers towards the weekend. The film is witnessing good trend in Hindi unlike other regional languages. In Fighter," Hrithik Roshan portrays Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, also known as Patty, while Deepika Padukone takes on the role of Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, aka Minni, and Anil Kapoor appears as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh, known as Rocky, all fighting for the nation.

This movie marks Second collaboration of Hrithik Roshan with Director Siddharth Anand after War while Deepika Padukone's third collaboration with Siddharth Anand, following their previous films "Bachna Ae Haseeno" in 2008 and the blockbuster "Pathaan" released in 2023.
