Vettaiyan Wishes Happy Pongal With A New Poster

Every Sankranthi brings not only new biggies in theatres but also a treat to movie lovers, as the special posters of various films are being released, raising curiosity among audiences. Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film Vettaiyan, released a special poster on Pongal featuring the superstar in fierce avatars. The film is bankrolled by Lyca Productions in TJ Gnanavel Raja's direction.

The poster features Rajinikanth in fierce avatars. After Jailer, Rajini will be seen playing a police again in TJ Gnanavel’s serious cop drama. Earlier, on Rajinikanth's 73rd birthday, the production house shared the film's title teaser. Rajinikanth is currently shooting for 'Vettaiyan' in Puducherry.

After mega blockbuster, Jailer which amassed Rs 700 crores worldwide Rajinikanth has moved to Vettaiyan. He has also okayed Thalaivar 171 in Lokesh Kanagaraj's direction to be bankrolled by Sun Pictures. The film will commence shoot after summer this year. 

Other than Superstar, the film also features ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati in key roles. and is all set to hit theatres on 31 May, 2024.
