Man Of Masses NTR' next film Devara is one of the highly anticipated films of the year. Recently released first glimpse created buzz around the film and it's intriguing theme with a sea backdrop. Well, ahead of the theatrical release, the makers announced the ott release of the film. The announcement has sparked a wave of enthusiasm among fans who are eagerly awaiting the film’s release and the subsequent streaming on the digital platform.
Devara will be releasing Netflix. Netflix took to its Instagram handle and wrote, “Devara strikes fear in the hearts of villains. Gear up for the ultimate hero. #Devara is coming soon on Netflix in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi as a post theatrical release. Devara Theatrical trailer has been attached to Sankranthi releases which is fetching a wider reach among the audiences in other states too.
Reports suggest that Devara is being made on a huge budget. As the film is riding high on visual effects as most of the fm and action sequences were shot with sea backdrop, The film is mounted on a whopping Rs 140 crore on its VFX. The rumour mill is rife that the makers are spending 33 per cent of the movie’s original budget on special effects. There has been no confirmation about these reports, though.
Devara marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor as female lead and Saif Ali Khan as antagonist. Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Tom Shine Chacko, and Narain are among the other actors who feature in the movie. Devara is presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, while it is produced under the banner of NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts.
