Kareena Team Responds About Her Doing Toxic With Yash

Yash who shot to fame with KGF series has become a household name in North too with the mammoth success of KGF Chapter 2. There was a huge anticipation about his next project. It was announced that he will be doing a film titled, 'Toxic', a fairy tale of grown-ups helmed by national award winning director Geetu Mohandas. The announcement was made with a video which stirred up expectations. Even though it is unclear about the film's genre and plot, makers managed to raise curiosity about the project.

Another exciting update about the project is that Kareena Kapoor Khan has been approached by the makers to pair opposite Yash in Toxic. However, there was no official announcement. Kareena's team has now issued a statement on the rumours going around. The official statement reads,

After the massive success of 'KGF: Chapter 2' actor Yash is all set to return to the big screen. Yash announced the title of his next film with a special teaser video. Helmed by Geetu Mohandas, 'Toxic' is all set to hit the theatres on April 10, 2025. The film is touted to be an action-oriented film set against the backdrop of the drug mafia.
