Allu Aravind: Ace Producer Who Built An Empire

Prominent Producer Allu Aravind who started as the son of legendary comedy actor Allu Ramalingayya has made a mark for himself as one of the most successful producers predominantly in Tollywood and also made films in other south film industries too. Allu Aravind was brought up in the film environment right from his childhood. He has seen the work of legendary film personalities since he was a kid. He has that knack of judging output and enterpreneur skills right from his earlier age. 

Allu Aravind earlier distributed some films and turned into Producer under his home banner Geetha Arts with Bantrothu Bharya film in 1974 followed by Maavullo Mahasivudu and Devude Digivasthe.  After his sister gets married to Chiranjeevi, he started to produce films with only Chiranjeevi as Hero. He also played crucial role in the journey of Chiranjeevi becoming a Megastar of Telugu Cinema. Many Superhits, Blockbusters have been delivered in their combination like Vijetha, Pasivadi Pranam, Attaku Yamudu Ammayiki Mogudu, Rowdy Alludu, Master, Annayya etc..,. 

Allu Aravind also co-produced some huge blockbusters along with Aswini Dutt like Pelli Sandadi, Pellam Oorelthe, Gangotri. He introduced his son Allu Arjun as Hero with Gangotri and he is now one of the most popular stars in Pan India level. He also made Bollywood film Ghajini with Aamir Khan which marks the first Rs 100 Crores film from India. Allu Aravind also delivered a mega Industry Hit with his nephew Ram Charan with Magadheera in SS Rajamouli's direction. It was the most costliest film made in India at that time. 

Later Allu Aravind founded GA2 Pictures banner and encouraged Bunny Vaas as producer where he acted as presenter. He also delivered hits with his younger son Allu Sirish with films like Kotha Janta and Srirasthu Subhamasthu. GA 2 banner delivered blockbusters like Geetha Govinda, Prathi Roju Pandage and Most Eligible Bachelor. Now, GA2 Pictures is gearing to deliver a memorable film Thandel with Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in lead roles. 

Allu Aravind also founded OTT streaming platform aHa along with other partners. It is one of the most popular streaming apps in South India. He is also building a film studio with latest technology, Allu Studios at Hyderabad. He has started building it on the occasion of his father's centenary birth anniversary celebrations.
