Jayam Ravi, Keerthy Suresh Siren Opts For Direct To OTT

Jayam Ravi 's latest film Siren where he plays a convict and ambulance driver has generated interest with its trailer. Keerthy Suresh plays the role of a cop in the film. As per latest update, makers opted to skip theatrical release and goes for direct to OTT release. 

ZEE5 has announced that Siren, will be streaming on its platform from January 26, 2024, as a special treat for Republic Day. The film, which was delayed due to big releases last December, now it's gearing up for the direct OTT release.

Siren follows the story of Jayam Ravi, who plays a former ambulance driver who was falsely accused of a crime and sentenced to 14 years in prison. During his imprisonment, he plots to take down the corrupt system and the people who ruined his life. He escapes from jail and becomes a vigilante, who is hunted by the police and the media.

Keerthy Suresh plays a determined cop who is assigned to catch him, but also questions his motives and morality, whether he is a hero or a villain. The film, written and directed by Anthony Bhagyaraj, boasts of a stellar cast that includes Anupama Parameswaran, Samuthirakani, Yogi Babu and Tulasi among others with music by GV Prakash Kumar.
