It is known that relatively small film Hanuman is directly clashing with biggie Guntur Kaaram on the same day, 12th January. Due to this, Hanuman makers find it hard to allocate theatres for their film and majority theatres are going to screen Guntur Kaaram on 12th. To compensate this loss due to lack of theatres, makers of Hanuman are opted for early Premiers on 11th January.
Hanuman paid premieres are being arranged in Telugu States in major towns and the advance bookings have now opened. The shows are being fast filled everywhere resonating the craze surrounding the film. Team has opted for two shows on 11th Jan. This move seem worked out well considering the trend of advance bookings.
The only threat with this early Premiers move is, the film must get positive word of mouth to sustain the next few days where every day has a big release for festival. This move shows the confidence the team has on their product. Shows keep on increasing and more theatres are getting added. Mythri Movie Makers in Nizam are looking to add huge number of theatres for paid premiers.
Headlined by Teja Sajja, Amrita Iyer has been cast as the female lead opposite in the movie Hanuman. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai, Rajdeepak Shetty, Samuthirakani, and Vennela Kishore have played other key roles in this film. Hanuman marks the beginning of Prashant Varma’s Cinematic Universe (PVCU). Director Prasanth disclosed that there will be 12 films in the PVCU.
