Naga Chaitanya - Sai Pallavi Thandel Kickstarts Filming

Yuva Samrat Naga Chaitanya's next titled 'Thandel', a periodic extravaganza based on true events is one of the much awaited upcoming projects. Karthikeya Films Director Chandoo Mondeti along with leading production house Geetha Arts is erecting this film on a high-budget. Thandel is presented by Allu Aravind and produced by Bunny Vasu was launched a few days ago grandly. Today, the film’s regular shoot begins in Udupi.

In this schedule the team will film talkie and action part with all the actors taking part in it. The shoot is presently happening in Malpe Port (Udupi) in Karnataka. An action sequence is being canned on Naga Chaitanya and fighters. Naga Chaitanya has transformed himself into chiseled look  to play a fisherman in the movie and he has done intense workouts for the last few months to gain this muscular look. He sports a rugged look with long hair and beard.

Sai Pallavi is the female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya in the movie story which is based on real incidents. Thandel is a love story with a completely different backdrop. She will join the shoot after five days in this schedule. Key scenes on the lead pair will be canned later on. This is the second time Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi coming together after superhit, 'Love Story'.

As the story has a good scope for music, National-award-winning composer- Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is roped in to compose soundtracks and background score. Shamdat will crank the camera to offer a visual spectacle. Srinagendra Tangala will look after the art department.
