RGV Vyooham release date locked. Ram Gopal Varma's political film Vyooham is all set for a grand release on 29 December 2023. Renowned maverick director Ram Gopal Varma, known for his audacious storytelling, takes a cheeky jab at his adversaries by proudly unveiling the censor certificate of his upcoming film, 'Vyooham,' on his social media platform.
Accompanied by the caption "Bad News for Bad Guys," RGV announces that the film has successfully navigated the hurdles of censor certification after weeks of uncertainty.
With a teaser and trailer that have already piqued significant interest, 'Vyooham' is poised to become the much-anticipated cinematic offering from RGV, celebrated for his penchant for controversial themes. The director strategically leverages the popularity of Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, aiming to attract audiences in Telugu states while simultaneously exposing political opponents who may have schemed against Jagan following the demise of his father, the late Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.
Optimistic about transcending regional boundaries, RGV envisions the film resonating with audiences in Hindi and Tamil, given the universal appeal of narratives centered around political figures. Beyond political motives, the director is also banking on 'Vyooham' to reclaim his Midas touch, drawing parallels with his earlier success, 'Lakshmi's NTR,' a controversial portrayal of legendary NTR and his second wife Lakshmi Parvathi. This earlier venture not only secured commercial success but also garnered critical acclaim, fostering hopes for a similar outcome with his latest endeavor.
