Ayalan starring Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles is a pan Indian movie. The film is based on Alien and is bankrolled by Kotapadi J on the banner of KJR Studios in collaboration with 24AM Studios banner. Rajesh, R.D. Raja are co-producing this sci-fi movie.

Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our Tamil sources is that noted actor Siddharth will be lending his voice for Ayalan character in the movie. Reportedly, the makers are confident that Siddharth voice-over is definitely going to be a major asset for the Ayalan character. An official announcement regarding the same is expected to be out soon.

Already director Ravikumar of Indru Netru Naalai fame has revealed that the budget of his upcoming venture with Sivakarthikeyan ‘Ayalaan’ is 25 times more than that of his first film. The director has explored the alien concept, which is quite new to Tamil cinema. As per the reports, Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of a man who is very kind and treats all the human beings with equality. What happens when he comes close with an alien is what forms, the crux of the storyline. Amdist good expectations,  Ayalaan is getting ready for a Pongal 2024 release in theatres.

Ravikumar is the director. Oscar award winner and legendary music director AR Rahman is composing the music. The film is distributed in Telugu by Ganga Entertainments. After 'Varun Doctor' which was a blockbuster hit in Telugu this movie is coming in the same combination of Sivakarthikeyan, KJR Studios and Ganga Entertainments.This Sankranti 'Ayalan' will be released worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. 

Along with the lead cast, the film also stars Isha Koppikar, 'Sardar Gabbar Singh' fame Sharad Kelkar, senior heroine Bhanupriya, Yogibabu, Karunakaran and Bala Saravanan. Famous cinematographer Nirav Shah worked for 'Ayalan'.
