Tripti Dimri's portrayal of Zoya in Animal has not only captivated audiences but has also sparked discussions about the film's treatment of women, with many criticizing its misogynistic elements. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Triptii opened up about her parents' reaction to the intimate scene she shared with Ranbir Kapoor in the movie.

Discussing her parents' initial response to the scene, Triptii shared, "My parents got a little taken aback. They said, 'We have never seen something like this in films, and you have done it.' It took them time to get over that scene. They were very sweet to me, though. They said, 'You shouldn’t have done that… but it’s okay. As parents, we will obviously feel this.'"
