Animal Crosses 10 Million At Overseas

Ruthless, Intense Action drama Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, is continuing to make waves at the box office, and is showing no signs of slowing down even after a week in theatres. 

On its eighth day of release, the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer collected an impressive Rs 23.34 crore in India, pushing its overall collection to Rs 362.11 crores. The film has collected Rs 600 crore worldwide, according to T-Series, and is currently the fourth-biggest Hindi movie of the year, behind Gadar 2, Pathaan and Jawan. 

Animal has now overtaken Sanju to become Ranbir’s biggest-ever hit. Animal had the third-biggest opening week in the history of Hindi movies, and the biggest opening week for a non-holiday release. It is now also the highest-grossing A-rated Indian movie ever.

After terrific advance bookings, Animal continues to rake in the moolah in USA. The film has crossed colossal $10 million mark in overseas. Most shocking thing in USA collections if a smaller market like Canada compared to USA registering more collections that USA. Animal still running packed houses this weekend too.
