Tripti Dimri on Animal intimate scenes. Sandeep Reddy Vanga's blockbuster 'Animal' continues to shatter box office records, steadily approaching the remarkable Rs 900 crore milestone within the next two weeks. The film boasts a stellar cast featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and the talented Triptii Dimri in pivotal roles. Amidst the overwhelming adoration, a particularly talked-about intimate scene featuring Triptii and Ranbir surfaced online, igniting a massive buzz across various social media platforms.
Triptii, essaying the role of Zoya in the film, has earned accolades from both critics and audiences for her compelling performance. In a recent interaction with IndiaToday.in, the actress candidly shared insights about the much-discussed intimate scene with Ranbir Kapoor, shedding light on the support she received during its filming.
When addressing the intimate scene, Triptii revealed how Sandeep Vanga conveyed the details of the sequence even at the script level. She explained, "While signing the project, Sandeep told me about the scene and how he wanted to shoot it. He emphasized creating an aesthetically amazing scene, drawing inspiration from 'Beauty and the Beast.' He showed me references and left the decision entirely to me, respecting my comfort level."
Reflecting on the environment on set, Triptii stressed the importance of honesty in portraying a character and praised both Ranbir and Sandeep for ensuring her comfort during the scenes. She shared, "Ranbir constantly checked on me every five minutes to ensure I was not feeling awkward. They limited the number of people on set, closed all monitors, and created a secure space for the scene. This level of sensitivity matters, and I never felt even one percent of awkwardness."
Triptii acknowledged the audience's potential curiosity about filming such scenes in front of a crew but assured that the filmmakers are exceptionally considerate and go to great lengths to create a comfortable environment. She highlighted, "People who make films are extremely sensitive about it. I was made to feel very comfortable, and there was not even one percent of awkwardness."
Beyond the viral scene, Triptii has garnered praise for her portrayal of Zoya, a character that she approached with a unique perspective. Sandeep Vanga had instructed her to focus on conveying the character's innocence rather than the negative aspects. Triptii expressed her satisfaction with the positive response, stating, "I'm happy that people have seen that in Zoya. It's difficult to judge your character while performing, but I'm glad people have caught that."
'Animal' premiered in theaters on December 1, setting the stage for a clash with Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur.' As the film continues to captivate audiences, Triptii Dimri's nuanced performance stands out as a testament to her commitment and skill in bringing Zoya to life on the big screen.
