Case against Bobby Simha. A case has been formally lodged at the Kodaikanal police station, implicating renowned actor Bobby Simha and two other individuals known for their antagonistic roles in the film KGF.
Bobby Simha, a well-known figure in the entertainment industry, has been constructing a lavish bungalow in the picturesque Pethuparai village, located within the jurisdiction of the Wilpatti Panchayat in the Dindigul district of Kodaikanal. The construction project was entrusted to a man named Jamir, hailing from the Moonchikal area. It has been reported that approximately 90 percent of the construction work has already been completed.
However, recent disputes between Bobby Simha and the contractor, Jamir, have led to a halt in construction activities. It has come to light that Bobby Simha owes a substantial sum to the contractor, amounting to several lakhs of rupees. In this contentious situation, it is alleged that Bobby Simha used inappropriate language and disrespected Jamir's elderly father when he, along with his son, approached Bobby Simha to demand payment. Notably, Ushan and Bobby Simha share a close relationship as they were school friends, which led to Jamir being awarded the construction contract.
Subsequently, the matter was escalated to the local panchayat, involving Jamir and Ushan. When Ushan attempted to engage in a dialogue with Bobby Simha, he was allegedly rebuffed with a warning not to interfere in the ongoing dispute.
Further complicating matters, on the 20th of last month, four individuals, including Bobby Simha and Ramachandra Raji, the actor known for his villainous role in the film KGF, along with two unidentified persons, visited a hostel owned by Ushan in the Senbaganur area. During this visit, they reportedly threatened Jamir Hussain with physical harm if he persisted in intervening in the matter. Their actions also extended to intimidating the hostel staff, causing a considerable disturbance.
In response to these incidents, the hostel manager lodged a formal complaint with the local police station, as well as with the district superintendent of police and the DIG. As a result of this complaint, a case has been registered at the Kodaikanal Police Station against the four individuals, which includes Bobby Simha and Ramachandra Raji, along with the two unidentified individuals. This action is in accordance with the complaint received via post on the 10th of the month.
Simultaneously, on the 1st of this month, Bobby Simha submitted a complaint against four individuals, encompassing contractor Jamir and his father, as well as the contractor's cousin Ushan and Pethuparai Mahendran, at the Kodaikanal police station. Subsequently, a case has been registered against them under three different sections of the law.
