Kallam to visit IIIT, Nuzvid

Vijayawada, Jan 22: Former president Dr Abdul Kallam would visit the district on January 25.As per the schedule, the former president, accompanied by two officials, would embark a plane at Hyderabad at 2.30 p.m to arrive in the city by 3.30 pm. He would visit Siris Yoga Meditation Centre at 4.40 p.m and interact with the members before proceeding to Guntur at 5.am.On the next day, he would return to the city at 12.30 p.m.

After lunch at the State Guest House, he would proceed to IIIT new campus at Nuzvid at 2.30 p.m. Later, he would visit old campus and interact with students and the faculty. At 2.55 p.m Vice-Chancellor KC Reddy would welcome him and at 3 p.m, Kallam would address the students. At 3.45 p.m Kallam would proceed to Gannavaram airport to take a flight to Hyderabad, according to a press release.
