Why is Mira Rajput unhappy with Barbie?

Mira Rajput unhappy with Barbie. Hollywood film Barbie is doing wonders at the box office. The film is an American fantasy comedy film directed by Greta Gerwig and written by Gerwig and Noah Baumbach. Movie lovers are thronging the theatres to enjoy the film.

In the meantime, a few celebrities are expressing their disappointment over Barbie. Mira Rajput, wife of Shahid Kapoor speaking to scribes said “Hollywood this, Hollywood that. Well, Hollywood can’t do song-and-dance like Bollywood can!”  She shared a photo in which Barbie is seen dancing.

TV actor Juhi Parmar has also criticised Barbie. The actor had written a note in which she shared that she walked out of cinema 15 minutes after the film started screening as she deemed it inappropriate for children. Juhi had gone to watch the film with her daughter.

Barbie stars  Margot Robbie as Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken, and follows the two on a journey of self-discovery following an existential crisis. The film also features an ensemble cast that includes America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Rhea Perlman, and Will Ferrell.
