Vicky Kaushal in Dhyanchand biopic

Vicky Kaushal is known for his exciting projects and riveting performances. Vicky Kaushal captured the imagination of all with films like Uri-The Surgical Strike, and Sardar Udham and is now starring in the biopic of Sam Bahadur.

According to the latest, it is coming out that Vicky Kaushal will be starring in another biopic and this time it is the biopic of Dhyanchand.

Producer Ronnie Screwala announced the project and the project will be helmed by Abhishek Dubey. Announcing the project, Screwala posted "1500+ goals, 3 Olympic gold medals, and a story of India’s pride. It gives us immense pleasure to announce our next with #AbhishekChaubey - a biopic on the Hockey Wizard of India - #DHYANCHAND."

Rumours spread that the makers are planning to rope in Ishan Khattar for the lead role but inside talk is they have advanced their talks with Vicky Kushal to cast him in the lead role. Vicky Kaushal and Screwala earlier came together for 'Love per Square Foot' and 'Uri: The Surgical Strike'.
