Like never before in the history of Indian cinema, a Telugu superstar's characterization in a movie has specially been praised by the world's renowned Hollywood director in a special video byte broadcast by Zoom TV. Strangely, many Telugu media houses, in particular, websites haven't reported the news. Why did they ignore the news? Did they feel it's not a big deal a Telugu hero's characterization praised by a Hollywood's legendary director? Here is a brief report.
A few days ago, James Cameron, who had all praises for Rajamouli's brilliance in the making RRR, shared his delight in an interaction with Rajamouli. He also made a special mention of Ram Charan's role to Rajamouli, but his words were muted with reasons unknown. Also, subtitles were not shown while he was vocalizing some praises about Ram Charan's role.
And very recently, James Cameron had all praises of Ram Charan's role, again. "Understanding Ram's character is very challenging. And finally when you understand what's going on is heartbreaking. I couldn't talk to Rajamouli properly when I met I want to talk to more about him," Cameron said.
Strangely, most of the media houses (not Cinejosh) haven't reported this news. What could have been the reason? Incidentally, the same media houses reported about some paid western media's gossips on Oscar award to NTR which, in reality, didn't happen. But the real news of the world number one director praising Ram Charan news was not published and telecasted by the media. Blah..Blah.. Great standards of journalism!!!
