Taapsee Is Back With Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba

Taapsee Pannu has become popular in Bollywood with strong roles and bold films. Her romantic thriller Haseen Dilruba premiered exclusively on the OTT platform Netflix in July 2021. The film starred Vikrant, Harshvardhan Rane in other lead roles. Despite of gaining negative reviews, Haseen Dilruba became the most watched Hindi movie on Netflix in 2021. Casting and the widely popular Hindi pulp writing made the film successful. The mystery drama, romantic angle and final twist engrossed the audience. 

Now, Taapsee is all set for the sequel Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba. The second instalment of the suspense movie was confirmed by her co-star, Vikrant Massey recently. The shooting for the upcoming sequel has already started. Today an official announcement came out along with a sizzling poster of Taapsee. While the first part was directed by Vinil Matthew the sequel to be helmed by Jayaprad Desai.

Kanika Dhillon who wrote the first part is also penning the story for the sequel. Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba is produced by Anand L Rai.
