Shocking allegations over Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra did India proud by winning the Miss World contest in 2020. From then on she never looked back and attained stardom becoming the top actress and top model. After conquering the Indian silver screen, she went to Hollywood and is making her presence felt. She hogged the media limelight by marrying American singer and actor, Nick Jonas in December 2018.

Now shocking allegations and startling rumours are spreading over Priyanka Chopra and her miss world crown. The former Miss Barbados, now a YouTuber, Leilani McConney shared her thoughts following the controversy surrounding Miss Texas R'Bonney Gabriel's win at the Miss USA pageant. She said "I literally went through the same thing at Miss World. I was Miss Barbados, and the year I went, Miss India won. Mind you, Miss India had won the previous year (Yukta Mookhey)," She added "The sponsor was also Zee TV, an Indian cable station. They sponsored the entire Miss World. Our sashes had Zee TV, and then our country."

She added  “My only problem with Priyanka is that getting to know her in the pageant, she was just unlikeable. And she is Meghan Markle's best friend so go figure," Elaborating further, she revealed  "Priyanka Chopra was the only person who was allowed to keep her sarong on. Apparently, she was using some skin tone cream to even out her skin tone, and it was still splotchy. I'm not saying that it was a bleaching cream, it was a skin-tone cream. And it didn’t work, so she didn't want to remove her sarong. So, during the actual judgment, she's literally in a dress," questioned "If you're a contestant in a pageant and somebody favors you, what will you do about it? Why wouldn't you go along with it,"  and concluded "At Miss World, everyone knew that Priyanka Chopra was going to win and that it was rigged,"  It has to be seen how Priyanka Chopra responds to these allegations.
