Liger Is Strong Even With Negative Talk

Vijay Deverakonda's Liger released in theaters on the 25th of August. The actioner is directed by Puri Jagannadh and it got a wide pan-India release. 

Liger opened to negative reviews, but that isn't stopping the film from registering good theatrical returns. The film has collected Rs 70 crores gross worldwide and it has collected a share of Rs 31 crores. It made another Rs 20 crores in Hindi.

Vijay's crowd pulling capabilities are far outweighing the negative talk for the film and they are giving the impression that the film could've wrecked havoc had it garnered positive reviews. 

Vijay has already shifted his focus onto his next film, Kushi which has Samantha in the female lead role. This film is in the shooting phase now. Vijay is also in talks for a few more interesting projects.
