Akhanda achieves an awesome feat

Natasimha Balakrishna-Boyapati Srinu's project Akhanda captured the imagination of all ever since its launch. Expectations increased as Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu teamed for the third time and scored blockbusters in form of Simha and Legend. The film's first look, teaser and trailer drove everyone crazy and despite the tough covid situation and also the adverse condition in Andhra Pradesh with the reduced ticket rates, the makers dared to release the film.

The film right from the first show got a sensational positive response from all quarters despite the routine elements. What surprised all is the film drove even family movie lovers in overseas, especially US crazy. The film turned out to be the first in Balakrishna's career to enter into a million-dollar club.

According to the latest, Akhanda achieved a rare feat by completing 50 days in over 103 centers. This is an awesome achievement in the Indian film industry as covid is still prevalent and 50% occupancy there in Andhra Pradesh. The film starred Balakrishna in a dual role and his role as Akhanda, an Aghora delighted all sections of movie lovers. Pragya Jaiswal is the heroine in the film which starred Srikanth, Jagapathi Babu, and others in important roles. Thaman scored music for the film.
