Siddharth insults Saina Nehwal

In a shocking turn, actor Siddharth who expresses his views strongly and who is often against the Union Government headed by PM Modi and the ruling BJP, made a shocking, sexist and insulting comment against two time Olympic medalist Saina Nehwal. It all started when Saina Nehwal like many others expressed her views against the security breach during PM Modi's visit in Punjab few days back.

Expressing her views, Saina Nehwal posted "No nation can claim itself to be safe if the security of its own PM gets compromised. I condemn, in the strongest words possible, the cowardly attack on PM Modi by anarchists," In his quest to oppose her strongly, Siddharth came with a sexist post, "Subtle cock champion of the world... Thank God we have protectors of India. Folded hands. Shame on you Rihanna."

National Commission for Women's chairperson Rekha Sharma criticised him strongly saying "This man needs a lesson or two. @TwitterIndia why this person's account still exists? Taking it up with concerned police," Many blasted Siddharth for his insulting post. Siddharth however tried to cool the tempers saying "Cock and bull. That's the reference. Reading otherwise is unfair and leading. Nothing disrespectful was intended, said or insinuated. Period."
