In the wake of a huge surge in covid 19 pandemic cases in its 2nd wave, the third and the fourth sessions of Jee Mains examinations were deferred by the union education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal sometime ago.
Now that all the state governments in India have succeeded in containing the covid positive cases, the union government has come up with tightly packed schedules for the 3rd and the 4th sessions of Jee Mains.
The third spell of Jee Mains will be held between 20th and 25th of July while the 4th session is scheduled between 27th July and 2nd of August. The registrations for the 3rd session will end at 11:59 pm on 8 July. And then, the fourth session's registrations will begin on July8 and will be continued till 11:59pm on 12 July.
It is anticipated that the schedule for another prestigious nationwide entrance test NEET-UG 2021 will be released later this week and the registrations are expected to begin from Saturday. The government foresees conducting the most sought after exam in the first week of September which earlier was supposed to be conducted on August 1.
