As we all know, it has been immensely buzzed for the past couple of days that the Janasena chief Power Star Pawan Kalyan would be inducted into the union cabinet during the ministerial body expansion scheduled in the month of July. 

Our hihgly placed sources informed that Pawan Kalyan has given the nod to hold the responsibilities as a union minister. However, he set two conditions to the BJP high command. Firstly, no BJP leader should ever think of nor utter a single word of the Janasena's merger into the BJP. As such, Pawan Kalyan, Janasena will become a partner for the BJP but there is no way to get merged into it. 

Secondly, the union government should insert a special status/special package assurance in their election manifesto for Andhra Pradesh.

WHAT'S BJP PERSPECTIVE ON PAWAN'S DEMANDS?: The union government is analysing the demands of Pawan Kalyan. Though they are ready to accept Janasena's outside support to the party without merger, they are contemplating the funds to be allocated to the AP for the special status/special package. We'll get an official announcement from the BJP high command once the ministerial body expansion's date is locked. 

WHAT ARE ADVANTAGES TO THE BJP FOR MAKING Pawan Kalyan A MINISTER?: The Janasena alone could pull off 6% vote share in 2019's general elections. Since the YSRCP is already facing an anti-incumbency and the TDP is set to get its vote share decreased drastically, Janasena is likely to get its vote share increased to 22% to 25%. In such a case, the BJP's collaboration increases the vote share even more. That' why, the BJP's high command is highly inclined to fulfil Pawan Kalyan's demands.
