Mudragada Padmanabham Mentally Disturbed?

What happened to Mudragada Padmanabham? Any 'CHITHTHACHAANCHALYAM'? Having gone through Mudragada Padmanabham's latest letter penned to the AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, some of his close aides are questioning. 

What's there in Mudragada's letter to the CM? In his letter, Mudragada deeply expressed his concern over Ashok Gajapathy Raju being humiliated by Vijay Sai Reddy's harsh words. Of course, being a colleague of Ashok as a MP, Mudragada can have that concern on his good friend. But then, the way he flattered about highlighting the caste of Ashok Gajapathy Raju is severely condemnable. 

Actually, Mudragada's loyalists and Kapu caste people anticipated Mudragada would write the letter to the CM against Ambati Rambabu who used filthy language against entire Kapu Jathi. Instead of writing the letter against Ambati, why had he wrote the letter for Ashok Gajapathy Raju. 

"Of late, Mudragada is behaving this way due to age factor. We wish him to be treated by eminent psychiatrist. He should oblige our wish," a Mudragada's supported expressed his wish.
