There is a steep unrest developed on Kulagajji (caste itching) media of Telugu states among mega fans. Infact, mega fans have developed an immense hatred against the yellow media ever since it turned prime cause for Megastar Chiranjeevi's PRP defeat in 2009's general elections.
Later, the yellow media tried to malign mega heroes Chiranjeevi and Power Star Pawan Kalyan several times. Never ever have these media houses given importance to publish the victories and charitable works of mega heroes.
And the instant reason mega fans expressed their severe anger on the media houses like 'Eenadu, 'ABN, TV 9, TV 5, Sakshi is that none of these media houses have given good coverage to Chiranjeevi's ultimate generous act with the establishment of oxygen banks in every district of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states which costed Rs.30 crore for establishment.
From then on mega fans have kept on taking a dig at yellow media houses in social media and Whatsapp platforms. And recently, they initiated a demand for the launch of the own news channel by Megastar Chiranjeevi. Incidentally, when a small-time journalist raised that demand in his Youtube channel, Chiranjeevi, called him up indicating he would respect the demand.
Also, Chiranjeevi, himself, expressed his deep concern over the biased media when he interacted with Andhra Prabha owner Mutha Gopalakrishna on phone.
And now, a big initiative is taken up by mega fans in social media. They will stage a mass protest on June 14 demanding Chiranjeevi to start a news channel.
All in all, it appears the decks are clearing for the start of Chiranjeevi's news channel. If it really happens, it can also be expected that Megasar would join hands with Power Star Pawan Kalyan for Janasena's victory in 2024. Let's wait and look forward for such interesting political developments in the state.
