Mad Rush At Wine Shops

Telangana liquor shops witnessed mad rush with people making a beeline as long as a km in front of the wine shops. The huge rush was seen outside the shops after the Telangana government called in for 10-days lockdown with an exemption from 6am to 10am.

The booze lovers made big serpentines that saw the same visuals across many outlets across the city. The alcohol lovers queue up in big lines to get a bottle and surprisingly they didn't maintain any social distance which made the shop owners' job tough.

With the lockdown in effect from tomorrow, the liquor shop owners seem to have requested the government to permit them to allow the shops from 10am. In this regard, a decision is yet to be taken by the Excise Department.
